3.GENITAL AESTHETICS

Repair of genital aesthetics according to each case. Different operations are required: Vulvoplasty

1-Clitoroplatia: creation of a clitoris

2-Upper and/or lower comisuroplatia: creation of an upper and/or lower lip opening.

3-Uretroplasty: repair of the urethra by stenosis, narrowing it or by implanting the high urethral meatus (unattractive and uncomfortable for urination).

4-Uretroespongiectomia: abscission of the hypertrophied spongy periuretal tissue that causes discomfort in sexual relations and is unattractive.

5-Resection of excess outer lips
