1.PENILE CUTANEOUS VAGINOPLASTY

Creation of a wide, deep and sensitive vagina that is suitable for sexual relations. The skin from the penis is used in creating it

The surgery consists of:

1- Perinotomy (creation of a neo-vaginal cavity)

2- Bilateral orchidectomy (abscission of the testicles with their vascular cord)

3- Radical penectomy(total abscission of the penis)

4- Vaginoplasty (using a pedicula graft of the skin from the lower front region of the penis)

5- Urethroplasty (formation of the new urethral meatus)

6- Vulvoplasty (creation of the outer lips with skin from the scrotum and formation of the clitoris)
